Mr. Finn joined Destination Rewards in January 2003, bringing to the company over 20 years of experience in the consumer incentive travel industry. As founder and President of Lifestyle Vacation Incentives, Inc., Jack created some of the most powerful and successful consumer travel incentives of the 1990s. Lifestyle had thousands of clients, including Fortune 500 industry leaders such as Bank of America, Capital One, Visa International, Chase Manhattan, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Cadillac, SONY, American Standard, Mohawk, AT&T, Quest, Bell Atlantic, JC Penney, Kodak, Kroger, HBO, HSN Direct, and more. In 1999, he sold Lifestyle Vacation Incentives to Travel Services International, Inc., a publicly traded company (now My Travel). Jack brings a depth of knowledge and experience to Destination Rewards from company start-up to maturity in business development, sales, incentive and internet marketing, accounting and management.
Mr. Lavin joined Destination Rewards in January 2002. As President, John oversees all aspects of the company's operations, sales and marketing and strategic planning in the marketplace. The company focuses on developing revolutionary incentive programs and strategies for both buyers and suppliers. A veteran of over two decades in administration and management of hospitality operations, John's expertise includes sales, marketing, automation, accounting, general business development and management planning at both the corporate and individual business unit levels. Prior to joining Destination Rewards, Inc., John served as President and COO of Philadelphia-based StarCite Inc.; Vice President for Promus Hotel Corp., Memphis; Vice President for Doubletree Hotels, Phoenix; and Vice President for Hyatt Hotels, Chicago (where he also served as Director of Sales and Marketing and Controller). John was named one of the 25 most influential executives in the Meeting and Event Industry by Meeting News (July 2000).
Mr. Shaw has spent his entire professional career in the travel incentive marketplace. He enjoyed tremendous success as a sales representative for Vacation Ventures before founding his own company in 1993. As an entrepreneur, David created some of the most exciting consumer incentive programs in the industry, including the popular Air Check program, the first generic discount coupon offering discounts on 7 major airlines. In 1995, his company was acquired by industry leader, Lifestyle Vacation Incentives. Following the merger, David held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development and was also a shareholder. At Lifestyle, he created the first generic Free Companion Airline certificate. This offer has been duplicated by dozens of companies and continues to be one of the most effective incentives in the industry. Lifestyle was sold to Travel Services International, Inc. (now My Travel) in 1999. David joined Destination Rewards in 2001.
Mr. Nouhan has been involved with Destination Rewards since 2002. He joined the company full time as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel in January 2010 to help marshal DR’s explosive growth.
A practicing attorney for almost 20 years, Jeff joined Destination Rewards from ModusLink (NASDAQ: MLNK), a Boston-based supply chain and ecommerce supplier to many of the world’s leading technology, communications and consumer electronics companies.
Jeff served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at ModusLink, where he was a member of the International Leadership Group and Global Management Committee. He was involved in the sale of the company by Bain Capital to CMGI, Inc., as well as multiple acquisitions and divestitures made by the company.
Jeff previously spent 12 years in private law practice in San Francisco and Chicago, representing clients in the hospitality, real estate, technology and financial services industries. He also served as Managing Partner for four years.
Ms. Scribner joined Destination Rewards in July 2006 as Director of Client Services and then quickly accelerated to Vice President of Operations. Kim's previous experience includes project management, business analysis, client services and operations. As Vice President of Operations, her responsibilities include driving operational processes, and proactively addressing the needs of our clients and their customers to ensure our loyalty and incentive program is the premier platform in the industry. Prior to joining Destination Rewards, Kim worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst for Aetna, Inc., Software Implementation Director and Regional Account Manager for Online Benefits, Inc., and Project Analyst for ABN-AMRO. Kim's extensive Account Management experience and her operational background contribute to both the day-to-day operations and the overall customer interaction side of our business.
